The shoe size conversion chart below only serves as a guide to help you determine the sizing equivalent of our products in different parts of the world.
Please note that the actual sizing may differ slightly from the chart as the size conversions listed are APPROXIMATE - there is no universally accepted international conversion for shoe sizing; it may also vary slightly from collection to collection among our different brands.
M/W indicates Men's or Women's Sizes. Other systems are for either gender.

**Please note that shoes shipped within the United States will be shipped either UPS or FEDEX ground direct from the manufacturer.

Our shipping fees per pair of shoes are based on what the manufacturer charges.


**International Buyers

Our manufacturer does not drop ship their products outside of the US.
We must order the shoes into our warehouse, and then proceed to ship the items out to you.

USPS has changed the way that we ship orders outside of the US.

Packages will be shipped via USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL.

In order to process International shoe orders, we must charge you not only what the manufacturer charges us to receive your order in our warehouse but also the necessary shipping fees to send them to you via Priority International.

If you are buying shoes for overseas, please enter yes for either Canada or yes for NON USA Orders.

Failure to do so will delay your order until it is paid.

Please allow 6 weeks time for your overseas order to arrive.

We will not be able to ship shoes to P.O.BOX addresses.

***Please be aware that any returns or exchanges on shoes will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and additional reshipping fees if needed.
Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Shipping Information


We ship most of our products through with USPS
You can expect your order to arrive through USPS First Class mail or Priority mail.
We do everything we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible and aim to ship you your product within 3 business days of you placing your order. However, many of our items are manufactured or printed at the time that an order is placed and we may require up to 10 business days to facilitate this process before we can ship your purchase.
If you are in need of an item quicker than this please contact us by email and we will see if there is anything we can do to make this a possibility

A note on footwear and certain other items:
Most of the footwear on TheAlleyChicago.com is shipped directly from the manufacturer.
These items will usually arrive shipped by UPS Ground services. These items will arrive seperately if you ordered additional items that are shipped from our standard location. Some other items are also shipped from the manufacturer and may arrive seperately from the rest of your order as well. These items are Band tshirts and other licensed memorablia.



Return Policy

The Alley Chicago's Product Satisfaction Guarantee:

We strongly back the products that we sell. Most of our products are manufactured and assembled in house by our talented employees at Mobtown Chicago. If you find that any of the items you receive are defective, or you feel that they are not as described on this site, we will gladly replace or exchange them for you.

To arrange for an return or exchange we ask that you fill out the form below to start the process. Failure to do so could lead to delays in your request.




All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging. If the any of the items you choose to return to us appear to show obvious signs of use, wear and tear, or are in a condition that is not acceptable for resale we will ship them back to you unless otherwise approved by us before you return them. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund you for any fees incurred for shipping unless you have been approved for this before you make your shipment. If you receive items that are not what you ordered or are obviously defective we will refund your delivery fee if you choose to send them back to us for an exchange. If you do choose to ship us items we strongly recommend that you properly package your items to avoid any damage due to the delivery process. You may also wish to insure the shipment as we are not liable for replacement if the package is lost in transit. 

If you live locally to our physical brick & mortar store location at 3228 N. Clark St. in Chicago, IL, you may choose to contact us about bringing your return into our store rather than shipping them back to us. If you wish to do this you MUST include this information in the form above to make that request. Our store is not set up to process returns and exchanges through their cash register/POS system that originate from our webstore as these are ran as independent locations. As long as we have spoken to you previously and approved this though we can make it work. Our physical store will only be able to handle exchanges and, unfortunately, will not be able to refund you for any shipping fees or give you money back for your purchases made on our website.

We are unable to process any returns or exchanges for items you have purchased from our physical location through our website. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you but we are simply not set up to handle these transactions.
