Detailed Description
Specifications
Day of the Dead Skull Belt Buckle.

Made in the USA by Mobtown Chicago.

Hand cast, heavy duty, 100% lead-free pewter belt buckle.

Chopper powder coated.

Approximately (Horizontal x Vertical) 2.75 x 3 inches.

Fits standard 1-3/4 inch removable belt buckle belts or smaller.

Chopper powder coating is a process of coating metal. It is often used in motorcycle parts..hence the name. It is a unique resin powder that is applied with a spray gun. The resin in the gun becomes electro statically charged. When the resin powder is sprayed onto a part it sticks to the metal because it's grounded, attracting charged resin powder like a magnet. The buckle is then baked at 400F degrees in an industrial oven. The melted resin fuses to the metal, thereby providing a thick and durable finish.
