Stainless Chains & Rings: Clean stainless steel to remove dirt, oils, and residue. Use mild soap or dishwashing liquid mixed with warm water. Gently scrub the jewelry with a cloth or a soft-bristle toothbrush to clean hard-to-reach areas. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a clean cloth.

You have 30 days from the receipt of your items to request a return for an exchange or refund. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to all refunds, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
