Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground. 
WAIST: 
Measure around your waistline, around the top of the hip bones, inline with the navel and keeping your measuring tape parallel to the ground.

LEATHER SIZING TIPS:
What Tshirt size do you wear? If You wear your Tshirt LOOSE, then order 1 size up from that size. If you wear your Tshirt TIGHTER, then order jacket in SAME size as Tshirt you normally wear.

Choose the size for whichever measurement of yours is LARGER, Chest or Waist.

This jacket is everything I wanted. Great material and true to size. And it came on the correct date and time. 100% satisfied

Followed seller’s advice for sizing. The width is good, but the sleeve length is way too long (goes past my knuckles). I normally an S in other brands and the recommended 2XS from seller is still a little too big. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone 5’3 and shorter. Other than that, the quality is amazing and very stylish.
